WATER TAXI SERVICE TO SHIN MEI SPIRITUAL CENTRE ON KNAPP ISLAND

SCHEDULED WATER TAXI We offer transportation to Knapp Island by water taxi on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 am (return at noon). Crossing time is about 15 minutes. The water taxi departs from Canoe Cove Marina (2300 Canoe Cove Rd., Sidney BC). The marina is next to the BC Ferry terminal. The water taxi is on Dock E (as you are facing the water, Dock E is all the way to your right). The boat is fully enclosed & protected in inclement weather. There is no payment required to take the taxi; we do appreciate donations, however, to offset the taxi cost to the Centre. The taxi is operated by Eco Cruising which provides regular public transportation services in this area of the Gulf Islands.

Please RSVP from the calendar or let us know you are coming so we can reserve your spot.

Please arrive at the Marina about 15 minutes early. Stop in at the Marina office (on your left as you are driving down the hill) to get a free parking pass. You can park in the upper gravel lot, and then walk down to Dock E. (As you stand facing the water, Dock E is all the way to the right)
